Grilled Garlic Parmesan Wings

How can we get that flavor into a sammich?  C'mon, brainstorm!

  1. Ok... so here it goes. Make up the chicken wings like we did before, but take the meat off the bone, shred it a little, MAYBE mix in some mayo or sour cream... (probably sour cream) and some celery and you have EPIC chicken salad sammich.

  2. Brilliant. Except swap ranch dip/dressing for the sour cream and toss in a little more of the garlic/buffalo/parmesan goodness. Ack, I'm drooling.
